For 2016-2017, GIC appointees are asked to develop and implement a strategy reflective of their own organization and role, in support of this priority and to work with the Chief Human Resources Officer to contribute to the public service-wide effort. Your strategy should include clear objectives, expected results, performance measures, engagement of the workforce and be linked, as appropriate, to your organization’s governance and your business and human resources planning.
