Response to parliamentary committees

  • On March 7, 2013, the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs tabled a report entitled “Access to Information Requests and Parliamentary Privilege”. In its report, the Committee recommended a procedure to follow in processing access to information requests where the information requested forms part of a parliamentary proceeding.

  • On July 13, 2014, the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and the President of the Treasury Board tabled the Government Response to the report, which can be viewed at: http://www.parl.gc.ca/HousePublications/Publication.aspx?DocId=6250156&Language=E&Mode=1&Parl=41&Ses=1

Response to the Auditor General (including to the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development)
