Completed Access to Information Requests

The Privy Council Office (PCO) posts summaries of completed Access to Information requests processed by its Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Office.

The following lists contain summaries of completed requests. The lists are provided in chronological order, by month and year. Summaries are listed by request number. Requests related to the Public Appointments Commission Secretariat are processed by the Privy Council Office and are included in the lists. Requests focusing on personal information or third party proprietary information are not included. The records are provided in the form that they were released under the Access to Information Act including format, language(s) and any exemptions or exclusions that were applied.

If you wish to obtain a copy of records released in response to a completed request informally, you may contact us by mail, giving your full name, your full mailing address, and the file number(s) requested. Mail your request to:
